Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To request a return, items (vacuum flasks, ceramic mugs) must meet the following conditions:
  • Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags, boxes, or protective materials).
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start a return:
  1. Contact our support team via email to submit a return request. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation email, which will include a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Label your package with the RA number (missing numbers may cause return delays) and ship the item to our designated address.

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (sent by our error).

4. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our address), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color/size), specify this in your initial return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price difference (for higher-value items) must be paid before shipping.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
  1. Contact support within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
  2. We will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) upon verification.
