We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States for all orders of vacuum flasks and ceramic mugs. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Processing may be delayed if order details (e.g., shipping address) are incomplete or require verification.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with standard US shipping carriers to deliver orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing (additional fees apply).
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable location, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you via email. You may choose to:
  1. Pay for re-shipping to a corrected address.
  2. Request a refund (excluding original shipping fees).
